Coconut Water & One Fruit Popsicle

Watermelon is one of our favorites, so we'll go with this one as an example.

Ingredients

  • Chopped up the watermelon into small cubes with squeeze the juice of 1/2 lime on it.
  • Coconut Water

Instructions

  • We squeeze the watermelon cubes into our popsicle molds and fill up to the top with coconut water. We place the popsicle sticks, freeze and then enjoy. Sometimes, we sprinkle chili powder on the popsicles for a little tangy taste.
  • You can do the same with your children's favorite fruit. We have tried this recipe with mango, strawberries and even grapes! To give it an added citrus flavor and a ton of nutrients, simply put the coconut water in the blender with a small handful of fresh wheatgrass. Blend completely and then use to fill up your popsicle molds once the fruit is put in first.
