Coconut Water & Mixed Fruit Popsicle
Summer is right around the corner and we want to stay cool while we are outside. My children and I have been making our own healthy popsicles for years, so I wanted to share a set of healthy popsicle recipes that kids will love! It is easy! Pick your base, pick your fruit, freeze and enjoy!
- Chop up or slice blueberry kiwifruit, mango, pineapple, strawberries or any combination that you like.
- Lemon juice
- Liquid Stevia or liquid Vanilla Stevia
- Coconut water
- Coconut sugar
Chop up or slice blueberry, kiwifruit, mango, pineapple, strawberries or any combination that you like. Fill up your popsicle molds with a good combination of fruit (like in the picturor opt for making one popsicle of each fruit. If you want it tangy, add some lemon juice. If you want it sweeter, add 2 drops of liquid Stevia or liquid Vanilla Stevia to the coconut water and stir well before pouring into the fruit-filled molds. Coconut sugar is also a great and healthy option to sweeten up the deal.
