Recipe 4

You can use these mixes to bake anything that calls for all-purpose flour. I have recipes for pancakes, homemade breads, scones, waffles, rolls, apple cinnamon muffins, blueberry muffins and even cookies.


  • 1 cup whole almonds with skin or blanched
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum


  • Place almonds in blender and blend until rough powder.
  • Add gluten free oats and blend until both almonds and oats are pulverized.
  • Mix in xanthin gum.
  • Keep in airtight container. I prefer mason jars with metal lids that seal very well.
