2/3cupsSteviaor the equivalent of your favorite low carb sweetener
1/2cupoat fiber
1/2cupcoconut flour
1/2cupalmond flour
1/4cupground flaxseed
2tspbaking powder
1/4tspbaking soda
1/2tspHimalayan salt
Wet Ingredients:
1/3cupcoconut oil
2eggsunbeaten
1cupripe bananas2-3 bananas, mashed to a purée
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease the bread loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
Put bananas in a mixing bowl and use a dough mixer or a masher and purée them completely.
If you have a mixer with dough attachment or bread machine (set to dough) add all ingredients to them and run until everything is mixed completely. If you don't add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and use a spatula to mix everything.
Carefully, pour mix into the lined bread loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes before pulling out with parchment paper to finish cooling and to slice.
Enjoy with butter, sliced cinnamon apples or a glass of milk.
