Method
- Mix all dry ingredients in a saucepan.
- Slowly, use a whisk to mix as you add the water over medium heat.
- Let it thicken and start to boil.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes as you whisk all the way to the bottom, so the bottom doesn't burn into the saucepan.
- Don't boil for long, or it will become too thick.
- Remove from heat and stir in oil and vanilla.
- Cool completely and spread or use piping to put on dessert of choice.
