Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease the bread loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
- Put bananas in a mixing bowl and use a dough mixer or a masher and purée them completely.
- If you have a mixer with dough attachment or bread machine (set to dough) add all ingredients to them and run until everything is mixed completely. If you don't add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and use a spatula to mix everything.
- Carefully, pour mix into the lined bread loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes before pulling out with parchment paper to finish cooling and to slice.
- Enjoy with butter, sliced cinnamon apples or a glass of milk.
