Whether it’s getting warm outside or not, it is so easy to get busy playing that children forget to stay hydrated. Yes, playing with water is great, but drinking water is extremely important, no matter what season of the year it is. It is so hard to keep it up!
Even we, as moms, sometimes have a hard time keeping up with our water intake. You know how it goes, we are outside a lot, we are busy having fun and many times, we forget to carry our water bottles with us.

Here is a comprehensive list of ideas on how to get your children and even your family to drink water. There even is a chart to keep track of how many glasses of water you drink! It’s neat! I think that keeping family members accountable how to get kids to drink water (and you, too)!
My favorite way of drinking water is to freeze small fruits like blueberries, raspberries, grapes and blackberries and add them to the water. I also like adding lemon or lime juice into the water.
