Don’t throw away last year’s desk calendar backing!
Here are things you can do with it:
1. Let the children color right on it.
2. Clip paper onto it when they paint.
3. Put it inside a trash bag and use as a giant placemat when the children play with playdough. For an easy homemade playdough recipe, click here.
3. Draw and paint roads and a little town so boys can use with their toy cars.
4. Create a fantasy land with salt dough and glue onto it so girls can play with their fairies or little dolls. For an easy homemade salt dough recipe, click here.
5. Use chalk to draw on it.
6. Use it for stencils, tracing, gluing practice, etc.
And last, but not least, an extra idea!
7. Use nice solid gift-wrapping paper to cover it. The put contact paper on it and it becomes a giant board for dry erase markers.

These a are fabulous ideas. I love the way you are reusing and saving. What a great idea using it to make roads for the boys cars. Thanks so much for linking up with us at the #homeschoollinkup!
