Welcome to our fun geography post!
We are so happy to show you how much fun we have had with our Little Passports monthly deliveries!
And do you think that only the first month is amazing and quality dwindles as the months go by?
Read on to see just why I highly recommend Little Passports monthly subscriptions and how we are giving you a chance to enter to win a Little Passports starter box!
How did we get started with Little Passports?
I had heard of Little Passports several years ago, but it wasn’t until a few months ago that I really started to look into this awesome company.
Brother and Sister’s birthdays are about one month apart.
My parents asked me what they could get them for their birthday.
I immediately thought of a 12-month subscription to Little Passports!
It is the best birthday gift for a child! It is the gift that keeps on giving, month after month.
We LOVE our monthly Little Passports packages!
Our First Little Passports Packages
We got two subscriptions.
One was for the Early Explorers (ages 3-5) because Sister was turning three and the other one is for the World Edition (ages 5-10) because Brother was turning five.
We were beyond surprised at how fun and complete our first box was!
They each got a beautiful and very sturdy suitcase, stickers, postcards, welcome letters, passports, tags, activity booklets, story cards, and an age-appropriate map for each.
There were also activity ideas and ways to use the maps.
The binoculars in the pictures were not included, but they had fun using them to explore their maps.
Our Second Little Passports delivery
So, you are probably thinking that Little Passports, like other companies we have tried, will send you a super amazing starter kit to get you hooked and then let the quality of their boxes go down as the months go by.
Not with Little Passports!
I was beyond impressed with their second package!
Take a look and see what I mean.
Our Second Early Explorers Package
Remember that our Early Explorers box is for ages 3-5.
It as awesome!
Sister got a super complete activity book full of games and lessons that target many developmental goals, a super fun flashlight game (my favorite), miniature TOOB world landmarks and more stickers.
Sister spent at least one hour perusing and exploring everything she got and playing, learning and having fun.
After that, she has spent hours upon hours playing with her suitcase.
The best part of this is that these books, games and toys accumulate in their nifty little suitcases, so they stay organized and they have opportunities to review their material as often as they want.
I love to leave them where they can reach them and play with them whenever they want.
They both know the rules: everything goes back in the suitcase when they’re done.
Our Second World Edition Package
The World Edition box is for ages 5-10 and Brother is loving it!
I particularly loved this one because it focused on Brazil.
I lived in Brazil for some time and it was awesome being able to explore the Little Passports box about Brazil, but to also share my experiences and pictures of when I used to live there.
In his box, Brother got a Brazil adventure story, an activity book with information on Brazil, games and a recipe.
He also got stickers, a postcard, and a purple amethyst rock.
He loves reading the stories because they are full of action and because he can read them himself!
Since I lived in Brazil, I was able to read the Portuguese words to him with the correct pronunciation and accent.
It was so much fun for us to learn about Brazil together.
