I was reading off a list of words and he would raise his hand if the word began with the letter “s.” If it didn’t begin with the letter “s,” then he wouldn’t raise his hand. He did awesome!
I decided not to do the Physical Development activity this time for several reasons. First, I did not want to be so wasteful and second, I don’t own butcher paper, so I’d have to use copy paper or construction paper. Maybe in the future…
In Math, he learned about triangles and numbers.
Bible story: Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me.” The story mentioned a girl that was because she didn’t have a mom and dad. K said he wanted to pray for her and immediately began praying that God would take away her sadness and give her joy. Sweet.
Memory verse (Psalm 100), seven days of creation and family roles.

K was reading for me and there was a section about a boy not having good behavior. This touched him so much that he immediately suggested praying for that boy (Ned) so that he can be good. What a boy!

K finished his very first PACE ever! Both he and I were beyond excited.
I was reminded of how exciting it was for me to finish PACEs when I was in school.
This is the new one. He wanted to work on it right away.
