Homeschooling Week 3: Fun & Potty

Last week (end of July & beginning of Aug) was an interesting week. We put education on the back burner and put potty training and interpersonal relationships up front and center.

My friend and sister-in-law came to visit us for 10 days. K loved it! She was very excited to meet A, since she’s already 6 months old. We had a wonderful time.

We tried to have Circle Time and a short activity every day, but it didn’t always happen. 

That’s totally fine because we made progress in the potty training department. Now, K tells us when he feels the urge to go and he’s a lot more comfortable going on the potty or on the toilet. We are very proud. He is also going at day care daily, which is a big step, too.
