This is going to be a very complete and such a great training for you!
Be sure to watch or listen to the live training and read through the points that I talk about here.
You will be glad you did because this is an essential step in your transformation!
If you are looking to building a centered, organized Montessori Guide in yourself, nurture happy, normalized children and want to create smooth, successful Montessori days, then you are in the right place!
Let me know in comments what you know about this topic, what you have applied, what you have tried that worked, what you have tried that didn’t work and if you have any questions as we get into this training.
Are you wondering where you are in your Montessori journey and how to know where you go from here?
This guidance will not only be eye-opening for you, but it will give you a sense of direction.
Don’t miss it!
As you watch or listen to this training, know that you will be able to get more information than what is included in this blog post.
I really want to encourage you to take the time to watch or listen and take notes.
This will be helpful to you now and in the future.
#1 Daily or weekly Montessori Reflections
I cannot stress how important it is to take the time to reflect and look back on a number of key things.
Some of these key things include, but not only, what worked, what didn’t work, what flowed smoothly, what I will improve, etc.
Keep reminders for yourself how important it is for children to have freedom of choice, to note how children learn individually, keeping an attractive and intellectual environment and more.
As you fill out the weekly Montessori reflections sheet week after week, you will be able to see and notice patterns of things you do that go wrong.
You can now detect those negative patterns and break them!
You can then develop a better pattern and a better plan.
In my training called “Why weekly reflections are important when doing Montessori,” you will learn more about reflections and even get a free printable to get you started!

“She must acquire a moral alertness which has not hitherto been demanded by any other system, and this is revealed in her tranquility, patience, charity, and humility. Not words, but virtues, are her main qualifications.” (Dr. Maria Montessori, ‘The Discovery of the Child’, Clio Press Ltd, 151)
#2 How you feel overall about Your Montessori journey
The way that you are thinking about yourself, your performance as The Montessori Guide, your lack of knowledge and other things will spill over into your work and that is what children will absorb.
There is so much that must happen internally before we can flourish to become a centered, organized Montessori Guide as you nurture happy, normalized children.
What do you know about… limiting beliefs as the Montessori Guide? What are some of your limiting beliefs?
As you set up a Montessori environment full of structure and order, you will be able to be more successful in the multi age classroom.
Your confidence will grow. Your joy will be contagious. Your Montessori days will run smoothly.
In my training called “Change your thinking as the Montessori Guide,” I discuss the 5 steps that you go through to begin your transformation.
The link is at the end of this blog post.
“Now the adult himself is part of the child’s environment; the adult must adjust himself to the child’s needs if he is not to be a hindrance to him and if he is not to substitute himself for the child in the activities essential to growth and development.” (Dr. Maria Montessori, ‘The Secret of Childhood’, Orient Longman Limited, 106)
#3 Take the Montessori Assessment for detailed results and a plan of action
As I am in contact with so many Montessori Guides that are either doing it in their homes or in Montessori schools, I keep hearing their struggles.
It breaks my heart to hear so many struggle with so many important things that could be solved if they only had a firmer foundation in The Montessori Philosophy.
They have so much self-doubt that goes beyond just Montessori materials and I know that taking a few steps in the right direction can make all the difference.
In listening to everyone, I decided to create an assessment that will be able to do so much for everyone.
For one, it will pose a set of questions that will place you in one of four stages or levels.
Level 1 is mainly someone new to Montessori, level 4 is someone that has been doing Montessori fo a while and levels 2 and 3 are in-between these two.
When you take this assessment, not only will you find out where you land in these levels, but you will also receive a detailed commentary of your results.
In other words, you will get your diagnosis.
But I go beyond that. Yes!
I have also written a prescription for each of the levels on what steps to take to move forward.
So, once you take the assessment and see where you land, you will receive an email with a PDF download of you “Smooth, Successful Montessori Days Starter Kit.”
This kit will take you through 8 pages of your diagnosis and your prescription.
I give you the next steps that you need to move forward in Your Montessori journey TODAY.
You can start as soon as you get the PDF download!
Print it and immediately start implementing!
This Montessori assessment is called “Discover what’s stopping you from creating smooth, successful Montessori days.”
Can you guess why I called it that?
The Montessori Assessment I made for you is designed to get to the root of your Montessori journey issues and prescribe you a plan of action.
Go take it today! The link is below!
“An ordinary teacher cannot be transformed into a Montessori teacher, but must be created anew, having rid herself of pedagogical prejudices.” (Dr. Maria Montessori, ‘Education for a New World’, Clio Press Ltd, 67)
In Conclusion
I know that this particular training is going to pivot your journey into the right path.
You will set foot on a firmer and more confident path that will make all the difference in Your Montessori journey.
I cannot wait to watch you grow and flourish as a Montessori Guide.
