I cannot write a post like this without including my faves: essential oils. They are simply the very best and have changed our family dynamic, physically and emotionally.

For Mom

And now, let’s talk about some natural and super awesome supplements for Mom. I highly recommend starting the day with an Organic Green Superfood supplement because it will feed your cells and give you a natural energy boost.

For Kids

And don’t forget the kids! They are the ones that explore the most, that forget to wash their hands the most and that have no real sense of what germs are, so let’s start them up with a great multi-vit chewable in the morning. My kids love theirs and never ever forget to take them!
