For children, it is paramount for them to develop and learn through play. Here are 24 Dr. Seuss Activities for Preschool and even for Kindergartners.
This awesome list is for anytime and for any place, but why not plan for some of these around Dr. Seuss’ birthday? His birthday is March 2nd, by the way.
I planned this list out by categories, or rather, books. I picked eight Dr. Seuss books and three activities for each book. You can pick one or two for each or do them all!
You can pick one book and expound or you could use this list to make 8 weeks’ worth of literature and hands-on activities! Isn’t that awesome?!
Suggested schedule:
Monday: Read the Dr. Seuss book of choice and talk about it.
Tuesday: Do Activity #1
Wednesday: Do Activity #2
Thursday: Do Activity #3
Friday: Reread the book and talk about all of the week’s activities.
