As busy moms, we are always looking for quick and easy snacks for kids that they will enjoy. Goldfish are the perfect cracker! They are small and delicious, baked with real cheese and their color is sourced from plants. They also have no artificial flavors or preservatives, which is what many of us are looking for! Did you know that they are fun and easy snacks that kids can make crafts with, too?

Quick & Easy Snacks that Can Also be Made into Crafts

Everyone loves Goldfish! They are awesome, easy and fast snacks and they are also perfect for kids that make great crafts! We made one here and we are excited to show you! My daughter and I decided to snack on our Goldfish while we made our craft. We went with the theater theme. First, we created the stage.

Materials:

1 piece of paper for stage frame

1 blue piece of paper for the wavy curtain

Other random decorations like rhinestones, dollies, stickers, aluminum foil, etc

Glue

Scissors

It’s Goldfish Play Time!

Next, we snacked on Goldfish some more and made our theater actors and actresses. We printed some props and had a blast deciding what our play would be about. My daughter decided to have a birthday party play, so we made characters and used props to support that (birthday girl, presents, birthday cake, chef, guests, etc). Our play was so much fun! We ended up making more characters (a cowboy, a clown and a superhero) and made up more plays. No snack has ever been so much fun!
