The roll that having a good set of healthy habits plays in overall health cannot be underrated in our lives.
There are many things that we do regularly that are not conducive to good habits or good health.
We might not even notice them or they might be glaringly guilting us every time we do them.
For example, you might pick up dinner at a drive-thru place every week on your busy activity nights.
Or you might choose a healthy snack, but you have an entire bag of it, which makes it unhealthy.
Take time to uncover the root of those healthy habits and nip them in the bud.
You have the power to transform your child’s health as well as yours and your entire family by making good decisions.

Today, I will share with you two simple and easy healthy habits that I have adopted since the end of 2021 and have yielded massive improvements to my health.
