1. I pledge allegiance to the Christian Flag…
Please take the time to read THIS POST.
I explain to you some things about the Christian flag and its pledge that are very important for you to know.
2. Present the Pledge of Allegiance to the Christian Flag in many ways
Whether you play a Memory game or have your kids practice their handwriting with the pledge of allegiance in cursive, the important thing to know is that the more they see it and hear it, the easier it’ll be for them to learn it.
And the better they learn it, the more they will repeat the pledge to the Christian flag words.
The more they repeat it, the more it’ll be a part of their lives.
You get my point, right?
I know how important this is that I made our own set of printable activities to learn and regularly be in contact with the Christian flag pledge.
Check it out!
It has made this activity fun and engaging for us!
3. Explain it and have Discussions about it
Children are good at memorizing things, especially if those things are interesting to them and they repeat them often.
But the best way for children to actually memorize it is if they understand it.
It is very important, not only for memorization’s sake, but also for the message of the pledge of allegiance to the Christian flag to actually be internalized into their hearts is to understand what it means and why it is repeated over and over.
Talk to your kids about it!
Go through it phrase by phrase and have a good discussion about it.
Ask questions and let the kids ask you questions!
It will be a great discussion!
They will understand it and internalize it better!
4. Be the Example. Live it!
Saying the pledge of Allegiance to the Christian flag is more than just reciting it.
Read it, recite it, believe it and live it out.
It will, in time, be part of your entire lives as a family, instead of just a part of your homeschool routine.
I hope that these tips have helped you put into perspective on how this can be a great experience as a family.
