There are different ways to make smoothies.
I make some with milk (homemade almond milk or homemade coconut milk) or yogurt, some with juice and some with water.
It is good to add some protein to it and some greens for a healthy boost.
Honestly, the best greens to use in smoothies is baby spinach because you can’t taste it at all.
Blackberry Textured Smoothie Recipe
For this smoothie, you will need:
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 2 cups lemonade or orange juice
- 1 scoop of your favorite vegan protein powder (we love this one)
- 1 small scoop go ground chia seeds
- one whole banana.
We love using a NutriBullet or a Ninja Blender for our smoothies.
Blend until smooth. Serve chilled or add a few cubes of ice. Enjoy!
