There are different ways to make smoothies. I make some with milk (homemade almond milk or homemade coconut milk) or yogurt, some with juice and some with water.
It is good to add some protein to it and some greens for a healthy boost. Honestly, the best greens to use in smoothies is baby spinach because you can’t taste it at all.

Piña Colada Green Smoothie
For this awesome-tasting smoothie, you will need:
1 handful of baby spinach, 5 rods of pineapple (fresh, frozen or canned), 3 tablespoons of unsweetened shredded coconut, 1/3 cup of gluten free old-fashioned oats and 1.5 cups of water.
Strawberry Pie Green Smoothie
