In our Second Grade Homeschooling Made Easy post, I will share with you that you can use some great and useful workbooks that have lots of educational second grade games and activities.

They will keep the learning going, even in the busiest of days.

You can use workbooks as your core curriculum for a while, you can use them to review subjects to make sure they are keeping up with their knowledge or you can use them for when you are in the waiting room.

Sometimes, I need a break from the routine or from planning lesson plans, but I want my kids to keep learning or to squeeze in a review week.

Workbooks are perfect for that! We simply sit to complete a few pages for each subject and then we are done. Workbooks are the easiest thing to carry when we go camping or go on road trips.
