Children are many times interested in learning other languages, but once they get started, they soon get overwhelmed or bored.

The Montessori Method focuses on embracing all peoples and cultures, so learning foreign languages goes perfectly with that!

But why don’t we make it fun for them?

Learning Spanish for Kids

My first language is Spanish. You would think that my first instinct would be for me to teach my children Spanish, right?

Well, my heart was in the right place, but I am still failing at the whole Spanish immersion thing with them.

Latin Language for Beginners

I know what you’re going to say: Latin is a dead language. Why would be important to learn Latin?

Well, there are many reasons why. One of them is that children will have a much easier time learning word roots and meanings.

They will also have an advantage if they go into any Medical or Scientific careers because Latin is used a lot in those professions.

We really enjoy learning it at home.
