Have you been looking for the words for the Lord’s prayer in Spanish?
Our Father in Spanish is one of the most popular prayers that kids learn when they learn a foreign language.
Here is agreat resource for you! Is this awesome or is this awesome?!
In this post, you will see how can learn The Lord’s Prayer words in 4 languages!
I have made The Lord’s Prayer in Spanish Printable and Latin, English and French!
We use the English and Latin copies in our homeschool.
I printed them in color and laminated them using a thermal laminator.
We read them daily and we have already memorized the prayer in English.
Yay!
Slowly, but surely, we are memorizing more and more of the prayer in Latin.

Pray in Spanish! Our Father prayer in Spanish is awesome. We use the Spanish copy of the prayer in our homeschool co-op. I teach Spanish in it every week, so we take time to read it at the beginning of each class.
I am hoping that my students will soon memorize it as well. “Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name…” What a beautiful prayer to memorize!
I am hoping to incorporate the French copy sometime next year. After that, I am thinking about making copies of The Apostle’s Creed in these 4 languages. Would you be interested in me sharing those, too?
Here are the links to the pronunciation of the prayer so you can practice and learn to say them right, from daily bread to trespasses.
Pray to God in English!
OUR Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.
The Lord’s Prayer in Spanish Printable
Padre nuestro,
que estás en el cielo.
Santificado sea tu nombre.
Venga tu reino.
Our Father in Latin
The Lord’s Prayer in Latin is somewhat close to Spanish, so I recommend learning this one next.
PATER noster, qui es in caelis, sanctificetur nomen tuum.
Adveniat regnum tuum. Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra.
Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie, et dimitte nobis debita nostra sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris.
Et ne nos inducas in tentationem, sed libera nos a malo. Amen.
Amen.
As of now, come grab your free printables and read away! You’ll be so proud to eventually learn to recite them from memory.
