Our family has been told to go gluten, lactose, and carb free by my son’s cardiologist. We are looking for recipes that will keep him satisfied. He’s a very picky eater. He has a very severe sensitivity to gluten and lactose. He’s to stick with no carbs, high protein and vegetables (salt and water) because of medical issues.
