At first, I thought that I could either homeschool my children or send them to a Montessori school for them to learn the Montessori method.
But then, I realized, but after some training and applying the Montessori method principles that are shown in her box (link to books), that I could indeed homeschool using Montessori at home.
I have homeschooled my children using the Montessori curriculum for over seven years now.
During this time, I was a little lost on what to include in their lessons, the order of the topics introduced, what subjects to include and so much more.
I had so many questions about Montessori education at home and I was on a quest to finding a free Kindergarten homeschool curriculum!

So, as I learned and researched, I got a pretty good idea on what worked and what didn’t work.
I also discovered when to introduce what. Following the sensitive periods chart that Maria Montessori was the creator of, really helped.

You can get it as a printable to referred to when you are teaching your lessons.
This list gives you the top 10 lessons to teach first for Montessori subjects. Not only that, but I also link to the lessons on many of these topics.
It isn’t only a Kindergarten curriculum, but it’s actually giving you teacher tools to teach them.

Montessori Curriculum Free Download
All you have to do is save the download to your computer and printed out.
Whenever you’re ready to teach a lesson, open the file on your computer and click on the link that takes you to the lesson.
You read the lesson, gather the materials and you are set exclamation you are ready to teach your kids the lessons with success and with ease!
Isn’t that wonderful?
The best part is that these lessons can be accommodated for children ages 3-6!
Some of the lessons that I have included need some of the Montessori materials that are hands on and that you need to buy.
But other lessons include some of the printable’s that I have made to use in these lessons.
This is why it is important to keep the file on your computer so you can click on the lessons and get the downloads for those principles.
I suggest that you prepare your lessons a day or two before you teach them.
One of the reasons why is so you can have enough time to download it and print it out.
And another reason is so you can familiarize yourself with the materials and maybe do a practice lesson before you actually teach your child or children.
Montessori at Home
If this is your first time teaching Montessori at home, don’t get discouraged!
You can absolutely do it and here are some encouraging posts that you might want to read that show you that you can definitely do it.
If you have a lesson that will need you to use three-part cards and you have never used them before, but make sure that you read this post the teaches you how to set them up and how to present them to your child with each lesson.
It isn’t hard to do, but since it is a new concept for you and your child, it is important that you know exactly how it works so you get the most out of it and your child will also get the most out of it.
If you want to print just of these topics for each subject, but in short form so you can keep better track of when you are presenting the material.
